Beatdown ApS accepts the following credit cards: Visa Dankort, Visa Electron, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro & Diners Club.

Beatdown ApS ensures that your card credentials are encrypted with an SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means that unauthorized persons cannot read your card number or other information during the transaction with PBS.

Paid amount will be deducted from your account once the item is shipped.

On certain pre-orders, the money is withdrawn at the time of order and not at the time of shipment, as usual. This happens if parts of the order, e.g. a digital code, are delivered immediately. This is highlighted when ordering.


Beatdown ApS uses a variety of couriers - depending on the country.
International delivery can take anywhere from 3 to 30 days depending on the destination. packages will always be shipped as quickly as possible, but holidays, illness, delays and other obstacles might delay your shipment. We recommend that you will be prepared for any delay and order presents in good time.

Please note that we do not replace or reimburse broken packaging such as CD-jewel cases etc.


Beatdown ApS provides 1 years' right of complaint under the Purchasing Act, including fabrication and material defects found under normal use of the product. The warranty does not cover errors, damage or wear, directly or indirectly caused by improper operation, poor maintenance, violence or unauthorized handling. Complaints about defects that are visible by a regular inspection of the item must be notified to Beatdown ApS within a reasonable period of time. The item can subsequently be returned for repair, replacement or refund by agreement. In case of complaints, the customer will incur return costs.

Please note that any color changes or discolorations in a colored vinyl is a natural occurrence of the production process and not a mistake in the product. Also note that cheap turntables may skip on an otherwise fine record, please check you vinyl on multiple turntables.

Complaints, returning products, & Return Form

Returned products should be shipped to this address - please note that we do not receive packages sent COD. The handling of returned products will be faster if additional information is attached to the returned product - this is not a requirement - such as a copy of the order confirmation, bank registration number and account number for which a refund can be made, copy of any prior correspondence etc.

In the case of agreed discounts, returned goods or prepaid goods that are cancelled prior to shipment, there must be a full or partial refund of the purchase price. Refunds are usually made to the credit card charged from the online order. If this is not possible transfers will be made by bank transfer, and Beatdown ApS therefore needs information about the registration number and account number of your bank account - For international refunds please provide IBAN and Swift. This information is not sensitive, and can be sent by email or other traditional form of correspondence.

Cancellation period

You are entitled to withdraw from a sales agreement without justification within 14 days.
The cancellation period expires 14 days after the date on which you or one who is entitled to receive the package for you, but not the carrier, acquires the goods into physical possession. To exercise the right of withdrawal, please inform us of your decision to withdraw this agreement in an unambiguous statement (eg by postal mail or e-mail). The declaration should be sent to the above address. The cancellation deadline is complied with if you submit your notice of exercise of the right of withdrawal before expiry of the cancellation period.

Consequences from cancellation

If you exercise your right of cancellation, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (excluding extra costs due to your own choice of delivery form other than the cheapest form of standard delivery which we offer) without undue delay, and in any case within 14 days from the date on which we have received notice of your decision to cancel our agreement. We make such a refund with the same method of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless you explicitly state otherwise. In any case you will not be charged any fees due to the refund.

We can withhold the refund until we have received the goods returned, or you have submitted documentation for returning the goods, whichever comes first. You return the goods or deliver them to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date you informed us of the exercise of the contract's cancellation right. The deadline is met if you return the goods before the expiration of the 14 days. You must bear the direct costs when returning the goods.

You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the goods due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and manner of the goods. For example, you can try a sweater on, but not use it. We consider used clothes worth $0, as we do not sell used items. This policy also works to ensure that you do not receive a product that is used.

For products that have been coated to give a silver, gold or other metallic look, pay attention to the fact that the surface treatment gradually disappears when washing. It is therefore recommended that you follow the instructions carefully, and you may want to wash the product by hand. Turn the product inside out and put it in a washing bag for more gentle treatment.

Unique items

Please note that all ordered items that are specifically produced from your requirements are not eligible for returns or refunds. This includes any items where the print was specifically for you, or any items that are a part of a limited edition drop, where the goods are printed on demand.

Private information

No private information registered on Beatdown ApS will be transferred, sold or made available to third parties at any time. All information is stored in a reliable manner and is only available to trusted employees at Beatdown ApS.

In connection with any Electronic payment a secure encrypted method is used through the webshop system. Beatdown uses a provider with approval from the E-mark for your safety. The store system uses so-called cookies to control the contents of the shopping cart. A cookie is the name of a file stored on your own PC. It is also possible to ask the system to save your address information for your next visit at If you wish to delete this information later, this can be done through the browser settings. For example, in Internet Explorer, via the "Features" menu and the "Internet Options" menu option.

During a purchase, we will ask for your name, address, phone number and email address. This information is used exclusively for processing your order. The information is transmitted and stored electronically in an unencrypted form and stored for 5 years. The actual "contract" (purchase agreement) is not stored at Beatdown ApS in a way so that you can log in and see / change status later. In addition, we register the IP address from which purchases are made. The information normally finds no use, but can be used in a possible police investigation. Any false order will be reported to the police!

Additionally, you can optionally add your email address to a mailing list at Beatdown ApS so that you regularly receive news and other information from Beatdown ApS. This service can be subscribed and unsubscribed at any time. As per The Personal Data Act we can provide requested information and on the basis of any objections we delete data to the desired extent.
